The High Flux Bicycle Traffic Light Module is an integrated assembly consisting of large-sized light sources, a three-layer optical lens system, power modules, a lamp bowl, and external heat dissipation components. The optical mechanism operates through three-layer optical processing to enhance the luminous efficiency, diffuse, and refocus the point light emitted from the light source, thereby generating a uniform surface light output. It is applicable to traffic signal-controlled intersections designated for bicycle lanes.

Functional Features
  • Three-layer optical processing - Eliminating glare and reducing light pollution
    The high flux full ball traffic light adopts triple optical processing technologies including secondary lens, Fresnel lens and optical mask to achieve uniform surface lighting and output light patterns that comply with international standards. It effectively eliminates glare caused by direct emission from conventional point light sources, thereby significantly mitigating light pollution.
  • Three core technologies – Effectively extending service life

    Through the integrated application of external heat dissipation technology to improve heat dissipation efficiency, wide-voltage and high-surge-protection (AC 90–264V / 4000V) constant-current power supply technology to ensure stable system operation, and large-sized LED chips featuring low light attenuation and high luminous efficiency, these three core technologies collectively ensure the product's exceptional reliability and an extended service life.
