Following the milestone in October, when FAMA achieved sales of over 20,000 sets of High Flux Traffic Light products and more than 500 units of Signal Controller devices, the company has reported another success: its Audible Pedestrian Signals with Plastic Housing reached sales of over 7,500 sets in November and are expected to be deployed at more than 1,000 intersections.
This achievement fully reflects the market’s strong recognition of FAMA’s products and highlights the company’s ongoing innovation in the field of accessible transportation.

At FAMA’s Yangzhou manufacturing base, the production line for Audible Pedestrian Signals with Plastic Housing is operating efficiently. Workers are carrying out assembly, debugging, and quality inspections in an orderly manner to ensure the on-time delivery of all 7,500 units. Supported by the advanced manufacturing system and strict quality-control procedures of its 50,000㎡ modern factory, every unit of Audible Pedestrian Signals with Plastic Housing undergoes multiple reliability tests before leaving the plant.

Earlier, FAMA’s Audible Pedestrian Signals with Plastic Housing had already been installed at intersections in several key areas of Beijing, including the intersection near the Olympic Sports Center Party History Museum, the surroundings of Hualian SKP Department Store, Beisanhuan Jianxiang Bridge, and Wangjing SOHO on Wangjing Street. These devices provide clear and reliable audio guidance for visually impaired pedestrians, significantly improving safety and efficiency at complex urban intersections.

This new batch of Audible Pedestrian Signals with Plastic Housing will also be gradually deployed at more than 1,000 intersections, covering major urban roads, schools, hospitals, commercial districts, and more. The deployment will further promote the intelligent development of accessible pedestrian-crossing systems, enabling technology to better serve every type of traveler.
FAMA’s Audible Pedestrian Signals with Plastic Housing (PC Model) is an intelligent assistive device designed specifically for visually impaired users. Made with high-quality PC material, the product features a clean and refined appearance. Its core function is to convert visual traffic signals at intersections into clear, real-time voice prompts, effectively helping visually impaired pedestrians navigate complex crossings safely and independently.

Equipped with directional sound-beam technology, the device focuses audio prompts toward the intended walking direction, effectively preventing sound confusion and reducing the risk of misjudging direction.
With built-in ambient noise detection, it automatically adjusts broadcast volume according to the noise level at the intersection. This ensures clarity in noisy environments while avoiding disturbance during quieter nighttime hours.
Built with industrial-grade protection, the device is resistant to extreme temperatures and UV exposure, ensuring long-term stable performance even under harsh weather and environmental conditions.
Supports Bluetooth connection and mobile app configuration. Volume schedules, weekday/holiday settings, and audio content can all be flexibly customized, meeting the diverse needs of various locations and providing users with a personalized configuration experience.
As The Leading Enterprise In China's Traffic Signal Lights Industry, FAMA has always adhered to its mission of “making travel safer and smarter,” continuously investing in the research, development, and promotion of accessible pedestrian-crossing products.
In the future, FAMA will further integrate intelligent assistive technologies with real traffic scenarios, continuing to contribute to the construction of smart intersections that are friendly and accessible to all groups.
